Mel and I are delighted to welcome you to our website and hope that it gives you an insight into some of the fabulous services that we have to offer at The Branch. Whatever you're looking for whether it be good food, cask ales or just a great night out, you’ll always receive a warm welcome.

 

Great Food
All of our food is home made and we use locally sourced produce wherever possible. We are particularly renown for our large haddock & chips and enormous Yorkshire puddings. We only use British Beef and if you are feeling particularly peckish, try our fabulous 10oz Branch Burger, guaranteed to fill or try our Yorkshire Tapas menu.

Restaurant Opening times

Monday: Not open for food

Tuesday to Friday: 12:00 Noon to 2:00pm and 5:00pm to 9:00pm

Saturday: 12:00 noon to 9:00pm

Sunday: 12:00 noon to 8:00pm

Bookings are required if you wish to join us after 6:00pm on a Sunday

Delectable Drink
We describe ourselves as a pub that serves food however we never neglect our wet trade and you are more than welcome to pop in and just have a drink. We have a choice of three hand-pulled cask ales, regulars: Black Sheep Bitter 3.8% & Abbott Ale 5% and one rotating guest ale. 

Now cask marque accredited.If real ale isn’t your thing, we also have a good selection of lagers and bottled drinks and an extensive wine list to choose from.

 

Functions
The main restaurant also doubles as a function room with dance floor, sound and light system and is the perfect venue for any party or celebration. Whatever your needs, we can cater for them and ensure that your occasion goes like clockwork. Outside catering needs can also be met via prior arrangement.
